 St Werbugh's Medical Practice for the Homeless | NHS Parliamentary Awards 

The staff team were delighted to receive the NHS Parliamentary NW Champions award for Excellence in Primary and Community Care in July 2022

The practice will register vulnerable adults, who are sleeping rough, living in homes, hostels or temporary accommodation.

St Werburgh’s Medical Practice for the Homeless is managed by Northgate Medical Centre, Fountains Health, CH1 4DS

Staff from Northgate Medical Centre help cover on occasions both administratively and clinically
